As the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects and managing agile delivery teams and project managers. You will work closely with our Technical Automation Team to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet the high standards of quality that Jaam Automation is known for. Additionally, you will play a key role in helping to shape and improve our delivery processes and providing input to guide the future of the company.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on-time, within budget, and meet high standards of quality.
- Manage and lead agile delivery teams, ensuring that they have the resources, support, and guidance needed to succeed.
- Work closely with the Technical Automation Team to ensure that project plans are aligned with the evolving needs of our customers and the market.
- Develop and implement processes to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
- Provide input to guide the future direction of the company, based on your insights and experiences.
Essential skills
Strong project management skills: Demonstrated success in managing complex software projects and delivering successful outcomes within budget and on schedule.
Agile methodology expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience with agile methodology and project management frameworks, with the ability to adapt plans based on evolving needs.
Leadership and team management skills: Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams to success, with strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical team members, customers, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Experience in software development and delivery: Strong understanding of software development and delivery processes, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical team members and understand the challenges and opportunities inherent in delivering software solutions.
