As an AI Automation Developer, you will leverage your knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI to drive innovation and efficiency across business processes. Your role will focus on integrating Agentic AI platforms such as Microsoft Co-Pilot into scalable, secure solutions that align with our customers goals. By working closely with business analysts, IT professionals, and stakeholders, you will recommend and implement cutting-edge technologies, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, to automate complex tasks and enhance decision-making.

Daily Responsibilities

1. Engage with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, translating these requirements into actionable AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
2. Design and implement tailored AI and automation solutions by collaborating with customers to co-create strategies that address their unique business processes.
3. Leverage Microsoft Co-Pilot and Azure AI services to deploy, manage, and optimise AI-powered solutions across our customer base.
4. Implement and integrate generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to enhance application functionality and deliver intelligent, context-aware solutions.
5. Design and develop APIs to support integration of AI-driven applications and services into our customers systems.
6. Collaborate with our teams and primarily our customers, including business analysts and IT professionals, to ensure the smooth integration of Agentic AI solutions into their business workflows.
7. Create and manage intelligent agents and Agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, optimise processes, and deliver actionable insights.
8. Continuously explore and recommend emerging AI technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and align with strategic business goals.

What we are looking for

1. Experience with the use of LLMs and other generative AI platforms.
2. Understanding and knowledge of generative AI and agentic AI, integration of models and agents with each other and other applications, and their development, both in code and in tools like Copilot Studio.
3. Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Python and API development methodologies.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to think analytically
5. Excellent written language skills, preferably English and an ability to translate complex problems into simple, clear language.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Some skills we would like to see:

1. Certifications in Azure AI, Copilot, or related areas such as Microsoft PowerPlatform
2. Knowledge of data science and analytics.
3. Familiarity with data modelling, data analysis, and reporting principles.
