We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of automation projects and managing the day-to-day activities of project teams. You will work closely with the Head of Delivery to ensure that project plans are aligned with the evolving needs of our customers and the market, and that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet the high standards of quality that Jaam Automation is known for.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of project teams, ensuring that they have the resources, support, and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with the Head of Delivery to ensure that project plans are aligned with the evolving needs of our customers and the market.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet the high standards of quality that Jaam Automation is known for.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and ensure that they are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
  • Provide input to guide the future direction of the company, based on your insights and experiences.

Essential skills

  • At least 3 years of experience managing software projects in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodology and project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving environment.
