As we continue to grow, we recognize the importance of having a leadership team who can provide technical expertise and vision to help guide the company forward. In my new role, I will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technical strategy, including developing a technology roadmap that aligns with the business objectives we have. I will be working closely with Ernie Hayter, our newly appointed Head of Automation, to ensure that we are delivering the best possible service to our clients. Another area of focus will be in our research and development (R&D) as it is super important for tech companies like us. We need to constantly explore new technologies, come up with new ideas, and improve our existing offerings. It’s also essential for our customers as it helps them to them continue to be innovative and stay ahead of the curve.
My responsibilities as CTO will include managing the company’s IT infrastructure, overseeing software development, managing data governance, and building partnerships with technology vendors. Additionally, I will be responsible for ensuring that our team is staying up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends, so we can continue to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

As mentioned before, one of our main focus areas in R&D. Specifically we are building out our artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. AI is rapidly transforming the way businesses operate, and we want to ensure that our clients are able to take advantage of the latest AI technologies. To achieve this, we are investing in building out our team’s expertise in AI, exploring partnerships with leading AI companies, and developing new AI solutions to meet our customer’s needs. We are excited about the potential of AI to transform our clients’ businesses, and we are committed to being at the forefront of this transformation.
Looking wider, our aim is to provide our clients with the highest quality automation solutions while ensuring the security and confidentiality of their data. That’s why we are currently working towards obtaining our ISO 27001 certification, which is an internationally recognized standard for information security management systems. This certification will demonstrate our commitment to protecting our clients’ data and will give them the assurance they need that their information is in safe hands. We believe that achieving this certification will be a significant milestone for our company, and we are committed to completing the process this year.
