As a Power Platform Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Your expertise will help our organization automate processes, improve data analytics, and enhance overall business efficiency. You will work closely with business analysts, IT professionals, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with our strategic goals.

What you will be doing day to day:
- Design and architect solutions using Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents to meet business requirements.
- Lead the development and configuration of custom solutions, including apps, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure, adhering to best practices and governance policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower users and promote the adoption of Power Platform solutions.
- Stay current with the latest Power Platform features and capabilities to incorporate them into solution designs.
- Manage the lifecycle of Power Platform solutions, including updates and enhancements.
- Work with IT security to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents) and its integration with other Microsoft services (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure).
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom development and integration purposes.
- Familiarity with data modeling, data analysis, and reporting principles.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Some skills that we’d like to see:
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related areas.
- Experience with AI and machine learning integration within Power Platform solutions.
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements.
