As automation consultants, we’re continually looking for new technical experts who can help us to drive intelligent automation solutions that deliver impact to our customers. So it is with great excitement that we have welcomed Kauã, Paulo and Ayomide to the automation team – and asked them a few fun questions to help us (and you!) get to know them better:
Kauã Dorneles, Senior Automation Consultant
Coming from a long-term career at both K2 and Nintex, Kauã brings an impressive depth of experience in workflow and process automation to his new role with jaam.
What is your favourite comfort food, and why?
Churrasco – (or in English BBQ). Not only because of the food itself but the whole social part that comes with it, being with family and friends.
What are you passionate about?
Sports – I love watching and practicing many sports like football, Jiu-Jitsu, tennis etc.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
The best advice I’ve received is to focus on things I can control – this helps me to stay calm in stressful situations as well as always keeping a positive attitude.
Paulo Celeghin, Senior Automation Consultant
With a career spanning more than 13 years as a systems analyst, programmer and technical consultant, Paulo brings a wealth of automation experience to the team.
What is your favourite comfort food, and why?
Pizza – Reminds me of my childhood.

Traveling
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
“Don’t do anything that would embarrass you or your family.”
Ayomide Adefe, Automation Consultant
Ayomide is based in Lagos, Nigeria and joins jaam from Sakal GB where he spent almost three years as a solution architect, working in the automation sector. We’re excited to add his skills to the growing jaam team!
What is your favourite comfort food, and why?
Spaghetti with boiled eggs. I find it both satisfying and nostalgic, as it reminds me of my undergraduate days at university.
What are you passionate about?
Learning and exploring new ideas. I enjoy challenging myself to try new things and expand my knowledge.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
To always stay true to myself and my values. It’s important to authentic and genuine in all aspects of life.
